Something to Think About

IT HAS been described as ‘the longest distance migration of wild elephants in China’.

A herd of 15 wild elephants has travelled for over 300 miles and left £1million of damage in its wake.

One expert said, “It is possible that their young leader lacks experience and has led the whole group astray”.

It is believed that because of a decline in edible plants in their forest habitats, the animals are looking for food in urban areas.

Our world is vastly changing with global warming and man-made destruction, and we certainly need leaders with experience to help us, not like the young inexperienced elephant leading the group in China.

We live in a beautiful God created world and we must do all we can to keep it that way.

We read in the Bible, “That God so loved the world that He gave His Son, Jesus Christ, to die in order to save us”. Not only human beings but His whole created world.

Some times life can be like those elephants wandering aimlessly around, searching and never really finding the satisfaction and happiness that we so desire.

True life is found in knowing the Love of God which comes to us through the life, death and sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ.
