IN RECENT weeks I have been watching the TV series about the Royal Air Force Red Arrows aerobatic team.
Having served for nine years in the RAF, I am always interested to see them in action both in real life and on the screen.
Seeing them up close at RAF Valley when I was stationed there, I am always amazed at the close precision flying especially so low to the ground and so close together.
But there is another flying display, which astounds me even more, with so much more precision.
I refer of course to the display, which we see from the flocks of starlings as they prepare to come into to their roost for the night.
Thousands of them flying in such a formation with a wonderful skill that they do not collide with each other is so unbelievable. How on earth do they do it?
God’s creation once again out manoeuvring man’s creation.
Think about the wonderful inventions that man as made and then stop and look at nature. Somewhere in there you will find that God has already created it long before we humans did.
As I look around me I am always thankful to God for his wonderful creation that is there for us all to enjoy and not to ruin.
