A ‘RACIALLY abusive’ Broadway man who was carrying a stun device will appear in court today (Monday).
Ian James, of Leamington Road, will appear at Worcester Crown Court this morning.
The 45-year-old is charged with one count of possessing a prohibited weapon, two counts of racially or religiously aggravated harassment and one count of using threatening or abusive words/behaviour/disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He was arrested on Saturday evening at The Broadway Hotel after West Mercia Police received reports of a man behaving in a racially abusive manner and in possession of a prohibited weapon.
