Quiz the councillors at Evesham's Annual Town Meeting

RESIDENTS will be able to quiz councillors on a range of issues affecting Evesham at the Town Council’s annual town meeting.

Next Monday (April 10) from 6.30pm at the Town Hall residents will have the opportunity to ask questions of the Town Councillors on anything which relates to the work of the Town Council.

The Town Council is responsible for allotments, the Almonry Heritage and Tourist Information Centre, the Mop Fair, the Town Hall and cemeteries and councillors will be able to answer questions on any of these services.

Stuart Carter, Evesham Town Clerk said: “the Annual Town Meeting is an opportunity for residents to come and meet councillors and ask questions of the Council.

“If you are interested in your town then please make the effort, hear what is said, and have your say. Of course we don’t just want to hear from residents at this meeting, you can contact the Council via social media, email, and good old fashioned phone or letter at any time.”
