AN EVESHAM pregnancy centre is getting set to hold a coffee morning.

The Archways Pregnancy Centre in Library Arcade will hold the event on Thursday (June 25) from 11am to 1pm.

Free refreshments will be on offer and visitors will be able to choose a free item of baby clothing.

 




 

MEMBERS of Evesham and District Older People’s Forum will hold a health awareness day in the heart of the town centre.


The event will be held on Tuesday (June 23) from 1pm to 4pm at Evesham Town Hall and feature a number of stalls.

A range of speakers from various organisations such as Specsavers, Telecare and the Fire Brigade offering advice and information on various aspects of health and well-being will also be there.

Admission is free.

 

 

EVESHAM’s Acquired Brain Injury Centre at South Worcestershire College in Davies Road will be holding an open day.

The ABI Centre offers a practical re-education to people of all ages who have an acquired brain injury.

The event on Friday, July 3 from 10am to 2pm will highlight the many courses and opportunities available to those who have an acquired brain injury and assist them to relearn essential skills and to have some fun and enjoyment in a supported environment.

A brain gym, cookery tasting, family history tracing, flower decoration and quizzes and puzzles are just some of the activities on offer on the day.

A range of refreshments will be available and there is free parking available and easy disabled access to all areas.

STAFF at a Willersey pub are getting set for their annual BellFest event with a packed day of activities lined up.

The Bell at Willersey is putting together the finishing touches to the popular annual event which takes place next Saturday (June 27).

The day will be raising money for the West Midland Air Ambulance and as well as live music there will be an outside bar, pig roast and barbecue.

A host of live musicians will be playing throughout the day from 12.30pm to 10.15pm including Bawn Bouncers, Matt Bate, Bacchus, Tex and Friends and Asylum Affair.
