CARING shoppers at Morrisons Evesham donated enough tins to fill a parking space as part of a community effort to support the town’s food banks.
Staff were on hand in the Davies Road car park to accept tinned donations as well as toiletries and UHT milk and tea and coffee.
All of the items donated will be shared between the town’s food banks to look after those less fortunate.
Morrison’s is also looking for feedback from the community on a number of issues.
The store is posing questions to Evesham residents including what the biggest issues are in the community.
Staff at the store also want to know how Morrison’s can help and if any local organisations and charities could benefit from the shops support.
