A BROADWAY care home pulled out all the stops to celebrate one of their residents reaching their 100th birthday.
Marjorie Jefferson, who has lived at the Brompton House care home for the past three years, reached the landmark last Saturday (March 5) and her family and friends were out in force to mark the special occasion.
A touch of royalty also made the day even more memorable after the centenarian received a birthday card from the Queen.
The 100 year-old celebrated her birthday in true style as she sang along with entertainers Sheila Wilkins and her husband Steve who livened up the day by playing songs on their piano.
