A MAN was arrested in Evesham after breaching his non-molestation order.
PC Kennedy and PC Johns made the arrest while they were out on patrol yesterday (Saturday), visiting some of Evesham’s more vulnerable residents.
With the support of PCSO Kempton and response officers, they were able to safeguard the vulnerable resident involved and locate the suspect who has since been charged with the offence.
A non-molestation order – similar to a restraining order – is usually issued to prevent an abuser from using or threatening physical violence, intimidating, harassing, pestering or communicating with a certain person.
