PERSHORE Tennis Centre hosted an Inter Schools Primary Skills Festival with over 100 children taking part.
The festival, for school years three to six, saw 11 schools compete in teams of 10 with children using seven activity stations to complete one-minute challenges.
And the scores for each activity were added together to give an overall team winner.
Local Pershore primary school Holy Redeemer were first in both the year three/four and year five/six events.
And Pershore Tennis Centre’s eight and under team secured a well fought win at Droitwich last weekend to win the Division Two league title.
The team are undefeated in the Hereford and Worcestershire LTA Summer League and the club would like to congratulate all those who took part.
Pershore offer both the LTA Youth Start Scheme and fun tennis camps for children to learn tennis in a friendly environment.
