TWENTY-THREE anglers competed in the third round of the Evesham Jubilee Angling Society Spring League on Sunday.
Three sections on the Jubilee pool and one on the Withies were in use on a blustery day.
The Jubilee was the pool to be drawn on and Chris Taylor on Jubilee 6 found some feeding fish to win the leg with 34lb.
He was just ahead of second placed Dave Bowditch on Jubilee 25 with 33lb 10oz.
Section winners were Steve Rogers (J33, 28lb 15oz), John Swain (J21, 25lb 2oz), Bob Evans (J14, 23lb) and Graham Scott with the top weight from the Withies (peg 35, 20lb 1oz).
