FORTY of Broadway Golf Club’s ladies gathered on a day which provided some extremely pleasant late summer sunshine to compete in the Rover Trophy and Daily Mail Foursomes, which brought pairs out to play.
With conditions set fair, some excellent scores came in, and it was Barbara Bate and Chris Moulder who were victorious with a magnificent 71.5 nett, making them winners of the Rover Trophy and also giving them the opportunity to go on to represent Broadway at the national Daily Mail Foursomes.

The men’s Medal then took place over the weekend and, again, members continued to produce some spectacular golf.
