EVESHAM United have revealed their full pre-season schedule as they prepare for another crack at promotion from Southern League Division One South & West.
The Robins play their opening friendly at home to Gloucester City on Saturday, July 8 (2pm).
Then follows the visit of Tamworth on Tuesday, July 11 (7.45pm) before another home match against Cheltenham Town on Monday, July 17 (7.45pm).
United then entertain Worcester City in the Worcestershire Senior Cup semi-final on Wednesday, July 19 (7.45pm) before visiting Halesowen Town on Saturday, July 22 (3pm).
A local derby at Pershore Town awaits on Friday, July 28 (7.45pm) before a game a day later at Stourport Swifts (3pm).
Littleton host the Robins on Wednesday, August 2 (7.45pm) before a trip to the south to face Dorchester Town on Friday, August 4 (7.45pm).
MEANWHILE, Paul Collicutt’s side have been boosted by the news that last season’s captain Linden Dovey has signed registration forms at the club for 2017/18.
The 30-year-old defender, who turned down an approach from Hereford FC recently to remain at the Jubilee for a fifth season, joins numerous other players in committing.
They currently stand at: Matt Bennett, Jordan Bryan, Paul Fahy, Archie Haskayne, Matt Liddiard, Jordan Lymn, Mark Magee, Adam Mann, Greg Peel, Lorcan Sheehan, Joe Turley, Matt Williams.
