TWENTY-THREE Evesham Jubilee Angling Society members contested Sunday’s second round of the Jubilee Fishery Spring League, which was won by Ian Pitman.
The Jubilee pool was more favourable to anglers than the Withies and Pitman prevailed on J19 with 45lb 2oz.
Runner-up was Martin Smith on J23 who weighed in 42lb 11oz.
Section winners were Pete Lewis (J29, 37lb 15oz), Bob Evans with the top weight from the Withies pool (W7, 24lb 6oz), Glyn Blewett (W25, 17lb 1oz) and Chris Taylor (J38, 13lb 8oz).
