PERSHORE High School’s girls’ badminton team secured district glory in a recent tournament.
The team of Deniella Saunders, Jenni-Ann North, Klaudia Piechowiak, Natalia Wieczorek and Megan Bradley battled their way to success against tough opposition from Prince Henry’s High School and The De Montfort School to become district champions.
As a result of their success, the team went on to represent South Worcestershire in a county tournament held at University of Worcester.
