DETERMINED Pershore High School student Maeghan Brown has been selected to ride for Wales in the Pony Club Polocrosse Home International competition for the third year in succession.
The Home International will take place at Celyn Polocrosse Club’s Backford grounds in Cheshire on July 22/23 next year.
This is a massive achievement for 15-year-old Maeghan, of Pinvin, as it comes after a horrific accident earlier this year when Maeghan was kicked in the face by a horse that was not her own.
She has had and will continue to have treatment for many years to come to repair the damage and is very lucky to still be riding.
