THERE was another glorious start in warm spring sunshine as 38 Evesham Golf Club ladies played in the Jenny Marston Trophy Flag competition.
Eighteen holes were played as a Medal, with ladies placing a flag in the ground when they had run out of shots (course 74 plus their own handicap), and the lady who progressed furthest around the course being the winner.
Dee Machin was the outright winner with a nett 74, followed by captain Joan Hunt with nett 78.
