VALE racer Lewis Spiers is preparing for his Super One Series British Karting Championship debut.
The Super One Series is now in its 35th year and is still the UK’s number one karting championship.
Ten-year-old Lewis, who has just over a year’s experience in the seat, will be racing at tracks all over the country.
He finished sixth overall in the 2016 Rissington KC Club Championship and also claimed top ten finishes at other club meetings.
In February Lewis finished second at Cumbria Kart Racing Club and in March he secured third place at Shennington Kart Racing Club.
Lewis and his family thank sponsors James Holden, owner of Holden Garden Machinery, and Nick Jest from Rye House Kart Raceway.
