JENNY Masser and Penny Osborne were victorious with 45.4 points when Evesham Golf Club ladies contested an American Foursomes on Tuesday.
This was an interesting and challenging format over 12 holes as players went out in drawn pairs, both driving, then playing each other’s ball before selecting the best ball to hole out.
The weather was mild and the forecasted rain stayed away. Runners-up were Elaine Boscott and Margaret Roberts with 50.2 points.
