PERSHORE Town will prepare for one of the toughest weeks of the league season on the back of an impressive midweek victory.
The Plums visit title-chasing Ilkeston Town on Saturday in Midland League Division One and then welcome the fourth-placed Robins to the King George V Stadium for the return fixture a week on Saturday.
Quentin Townsend’s side, who lie 14th, returned to action on Tuesday with a 3-0 victory at home to Bolehall Swifts.
