EVESHAM United suffered a third straight league defeat after losing 2-1 at home against Farnham Town.
The Robins took the lead courtesy of Levi Steele’s strike at the Spiers and Hartwell Stadium.
However, an own goal from Josh Barlow drew the visitors level before Joe Jackson’s goal early in the second period won the game for Farnham.
The result means Evesham sit 10th in the Southern League Premier South table.
Chances were at a premium in the opening quarter-hour as Andre Wright saw his goalbound effort blocked.
However, the game burst into life on 29 minutes when Steele found the bottom right corner from Kai Churchley’s pass after Wright won an initial flick-on.
The Robins created another chance soon after as Farnham goalkeeper Mike Eacott comfortably held Steele’s header from Aaron Heap’s cross.
Farnham drew level on 37 minutes when Barlow inadvertently deflected Bobby-Joe Taylor’s cross from the right into his own net.
The visitors almost struck again minutes later as Mat Mackenzie headed Taylor’s cross over the crossbar from close range.
And the away side completed the turnaround on 49 minutes when Jackson curled a shot into the left corner of the goal following a well-worked move.
Farnham looked to extend their lead as Evesham stopper Alex Harris denied Taylor and Jack Dean in quick succession.
The Robins almost drew level when a goalmouth scramble saw Evesham have four efforts on goal in the space of 10 seconds only for Farnham to clear the danger.
Mackenzie had a goal ruled out for offside later in the second half before Harris denied Owen Dean when one-on-one.
Farnham almost sealed the points late on as Jackson saw his effort crash against the crossbar after he wrong-footed Harris.
Evesham are next in action against Chertsey Town on Saturday, November 15 with kick-off at 3.03pm at Alwyns Lane.
