EVESHAM United saw their winless run stretch to seven matches after shipping six goals in a 6-1 defeat at Havant and Waterlooville.
The Robins fell behind to Brendan Willson’s goal only for Josh McConnell to draw Evesham level at the break at Westleigh Park.
However, United suffered a second-half collapse as Harvey Laidlaw, Leon Maloney, Alfy Whittingham, Ethan Giwa-McNeil and Ryan Seager all found the net for Havant after the break.
The result means Evesham sit just two places and one point above the Southern League Premier South relegation zone after the Robins suffered their heaviest defeat of the season.
Havant broke the deadlock on 22 minutes when Willson’s attempt crept over the line with Evesham goalkeeper Alex Harris unable to keep out the defender’s effort following a free-kick.
However, McConnell equalised for Evesham 10 minutes later after good work from Josh Barlow to send the teams in level at the break.
The home side reclaimed the lead two minutes after half time when Laidlaw saw his corner returned to him by Nathan Patten and the former struck a loose ball into the net.
And Havant extended their lead on 56 minutes as Maloney controlled Whittingham’s pass and found the net after Laidlaw won an initial header.
Havant all but sealed the points on the hour mark when Whittingham finished from close range from Seager’s pass.
Rampant Havant scored again three minutes later as substitute Giwa-McNeil weaved his way into the box and calmly found the net.
And the home side completed the scoring with the final kick of the match when Seager slotted the ball into the bottom corner after the Robins had cleared two shots off the line.
