EVESHAM United suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat away at league leaders Yate Town.
The Robins succumbed to Joe Guest’s goal on 56 minutes at the South West Interiors Stadium.
Despite the defeat, Evesham remain inside the Southern League Division One South play-off places, two points clear of Melksham Town who have four games in-hand.
The Bluebells sealed the points just before the hour mark as Guest headed in Lloyd James’ cross from the right.
