EVESHAM United completed a first-half turnaround to beat Westbury United 2-1 and end their three-game winless run in the league.
Goals from Toby Raison and Reegan Messenger turned the game in Evesham’s favour after Edward Butcher opened the scoring early on for Westbury at the Spiers and Hartwell Stadium.
The result means the Robins sit fifth in the Southern League Division One South table, five points behind leaders Yate Town.
Westbury stunned the home side to take the lead on three minutes when Butcher’s effort from distance beat Evesham goalkeeper Alex Harris.
However, the Robins equalised on 15 minutes as Raison sent a looping header into the net from eight-yards out.
And Messenger completed the turnaround on 37 minutes when his deflected effort from 12-yards out found the net after Westbury failed to clear their lines at a corner.
Evesham are next in action against Alvechurch in the Worcestershire Senior Cup on Tuesday, October 7 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Spiers and Hartwell Stadium.
