A NEW date has been confirmed for Pershore Town’s twice rearranged Worcestershire Senior Cup quarter-final clash with Droitwich Spa.
The Plums will now travel to Droitwich on Tuesday, January 31 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the King George Playing Fields.
The original fixture was due to be played on Tuesday, January 10 only for a waterlogged pitch to put pay to the fixture.
And the rearranged game was meant to be played on Tuesday, January 17 only for the weather to strike again with parts of Spa’s Kingy’s pitch still frozen.
The winners of the tie will play either Kidderminster Harriers or Stourport Swifts in the semi-finals.
