IN HOT and muggy conditions, 39 Evesham Golf Club ladies competed in the prestigious Lisa Lightfoot Salver and Rose Bowl competitions on Tuesday.
These trophies are played for by ladies who have qualified from any of the Medals played in the previous year.
The Lisa Lightfoot Salver (best gross) crown went to Melanie Evans with an excellent 88 and runner-up was Marlene Billings with 90.
The Rose Bowl (best nett) title went to Billings for her brilliant 68, with this time Evans in second place with 70.
A Medal competition was also played by ladies who did not qualify and Division Two winner with nett 75 was Sally Deakin and runner-up was Shelagh Crane with nett 76.
Division Three victor with nett 70 was Sue Taylor and runner-up with nett 76 was Penny Osborne.
