Dan Beasly brace seals victory for Evesham

EVESHAM United Under-18s ended a championship-winning season in the Junior Premier League with a 3-1 win against Rushall Olympic.

Dan Beasley scored twice and Chris Tillott wrapped up a fine display.

The youngsters have won the league by 11 points, playing 20 games, winning 18, drawing 1, and losing 1 and including an 18 games unbeaten sequence.

Meanwhile, the Robins’ first team will start their pre-season matches against Forest Green Rovers.

Evesham will host the Vanarama National League side in a friendly on Thursday, July 7, kick off at 7.45pm.

Paul Collicutt’s men will also entertain new League Two side Cheltenham Town on July 12.

Evesham will also head to Pershore Town on July 8 and entertain Stratford Town on July 16.
