BROADWAY won the first knockout final in this year’s 40th anniversary Wychavon Parish Games as they triumphed in the ladies’ darts, leaving Hill & Moor with the runners-up tankard.
It has been ten years since Broadway last won this event.
The dominoes final takes place at Bretforton Sports Club tonight (Monday) between Broadway and Badsey and Thursday brings the final of the pool between Bretforton and Eckington at Bengeworth Club.
Eckington are in action again on Friday when they meet Evesham Bengeworth in the skittles final at Badsey Sports & Social Club.
The crib final will take place at Broadway Bowling Club between Harvington and Bretforton on Tuesday, November 6.
The only final still to be arranged is the men’s darts between Honeybourne and either Evesham Bengeworth or Bretforton.
The presentation evening will be attended by the chairman of Wychavon District Council and will take place on Thursday, November 22, hosted by last year’s winners Bretforton.
