A second half strike from Spilsbury was enough for Stratford HGC to see off visitors Bengeworth 1-0, whilst in Division Two Alderton enjoyed a 5-0 home victory over Badsey Recreation thanks to four goals from Matt Greaves and a Bowles effort.

Broadway United maintained their perfect start in Division One with a 4-1 victory at New Inn Pershore through doubles from Cooper and Craig. Rushden was on target for the home team.

There were mixed fortunes for Evesham League teams in the WFA County Cups. In the Junior Cup first round, Bretforton Old Boys progressed with a 6-0 win at Bromsgrove League side Hizza United as Reeves scored a hat-trick, Brain netted twice and Davis also registered.

Evesham WMC produced their best performance of the season to win 8-1 at Rock Sports but Offenham Rovers and Inkberrow both went out with 6-0 and 6-2 defeats at Pershore Town Eagles and Plough Dukes respectively.

In the Minor Cup second round, only four Vale teams progressed. Broadway United Reserves defeated visitors GDL Athletic 5-0 with goals from Goodall (2), Parker, Hicks and Sallis and Bretforton Old Boys Reserves won 4-2 at Ashton 88 thanks to strikes from Stanley, Stride, Staley and Dovey. Begley netted twice for Ashton.
