A WOMAN rescued from a house fire in Honeybourne along with a 12-year-old child has died from her injuries.
The pair were rescued from the blaze on Dudley Road in the village on Tuesday (May 30).
Both were taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police confirmed the woman died as a result of her injuries yesterday (Wednesday).
The 12-year-old child remains in hospital in a serious condition.
“The cause of the fire is not yet known and an investigation, on behalf of HM Coroner, is underway,” a police spokesperson said.
