HUNDREDS of people visited the annual summer fete at St Andrew’s School and record number of visitors enjoyed traditional fete favourites such stalls, a tombola and games.
Younger visitors enjoyed face painting, bouncy castles and were able to decorate cupcakes from The Bees Knees Cupcake Company.
Music was provided free of charge by DJ Les Croy, and there was live entertainment from the fabulous St Andrew’s School Choir and All Starz Gymnasts who performed show-stopping gymnastic displays to hits from ‘The Greatest Showman’ soundtrack.
Headteacher Andrea Bailey, said: “Thanks to the efforts of the dedicated PTFA team and generous parents and carers of our community, the fete has been a phenomenal success.
“It was a fantastic day for all, made better due to the support and kind donations of local community businesses and organisations.”
