WATERSIDE is currently closed after a man in his 20s suffered a broken leg after he was hit by car this afternoon.
The pedestrian has been taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital following the incident following the collision with a green Mazda at about 1.30pm this afternoon.
Following treatment at the scene, the man has now been taken to hospital by ambulance.
Evesham Safer Neighbourhood Team have tweeted the road remains closed and drivers are asked to find alternative routes using Coopers Lane and the High Street
