THE BRAVE and courageous exploits of a war hero will be highlighted at the New Year meeting of Pershore’s Heritage and History Society.
‘A Victoria Cross Hero’ is the theme of a talk by Gloria Winfield to the society on Thursday (January 3) at 7.30pm.
The meeting will be held at Pershore Library in Church Street which is a change to the normal venue.
Everyone is welcome and admission for non members is £2.
