RESIDENTS in Evesham are being asked to help bring some festive cheer to the town centre this December by donating unwanted or spare Christmas baubles.
The decorations will be used to add some colour and shine to shopfronts with the aim of transforming parts of Evesham into a winter wonderland.
The idea was sparked by Anna Wielgat, owner of Reid’s Boutique, who wanted to find a creative way to bring more joy and togetherness to the high street this holiday season.

“Christmas in Evesham should feel magical,” says Anna. “By inviting the community to contribute their baubles, we’re not only brightening up the town but also creating a shared festive experience that everyone can be part of.”
As long as they are in good condition, all types of baubles are welcome, whether vintage, colourful, classic, or quirky.
They will be used to decorate windows, displays, and even outdoor trees, helping to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for shoppers and visitors alike.
Businesses hope the initiative will encourage more footfall, support independent shops, and make Evesham’s Christmas experience memorable.
Donations can be dropped off at the following participating shops across the town centre:
Reid’s Boutique, Nostalgia (cafe and wine bar), Sour Power Bakery, Thermomix Cooking Studio, Shine Like a Star (hair and beauty), Estetica (beautician) and Louise’s Florist.
The deadline for donations is Saturday, November 15.
