MEMBERS of Worcester Male Voice Choir were in fine voice to raise £2,000 for the Mayor of Pershore’s chosen charity.
Coun Chris Parsons was on hand to receive a cheque from choir chairman Les Janes and fund-raising co-ordinator Brian Bennett.
The Worcester Male Voice Choir’s ever-popular Christmas concerts in Pershore Abbey raised cash for the local Prostate Cancer Support Group.
Worcester Male Voice Choir, which always holds two Christmas Concerts in Pershore Abbey, one of their favourite venues, has 74 choristers and is led by musical director Scott Woolfenden.
