CARING staff at an Evesham care home cooked up a storm when they welcomed celebrity chef Alan Coxon to bring an interactive dining experience to their residents.
Cavendish Park by Majesticare head chef James Cotton laid down the gauntlet online for Mr Coxon to create a monthly menu inspired by his career and life spent travelling the world as a multi-award winning Chef.
The results were an exquisitely made French Onion soup followed by the beautifully presented Confit de Canard and topped off with a well-known, Floating Island.
“It’s just wonderful to be able to bring a new experience to the residents. They have such rich history and fabulous stories to tell,” Mr Coxon said.
