Unwanted teapots sought for Pershore school's project

Evesham Editorial 18th Mar, 2018   0

GREEN-FINGERED students at Pershore High School are appealing for unwanted teapots to be donated to the school to help with their efforts at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Horticulture students have an amazing opportunity of participating with a display stand at the show called the ‘Container Revolution’ and students have been asked to plant up teapots as part of the display.

Just one teapot has so far been donated and students are desperate to hear from kind-hearted local residents with a piece to donate.

A school spokesperson said: “We are desperate for teapots of any shape, size, pottery, metal which can be planted so we can take part in this exciting opportunity.”

Anyone who can help is asked to hand in donations to the Station Road school’s reception.
