Two Pershore criminals convicted for theft offences

TWO people from Pershore have been sentenced for their roles in theft offences.

Kathleen Chesworth, 41, and David Gubbins, 44, both of no fixed abode, appeared before Kidderminster Magistrates Court last Friday (March 14) charged with multiple offences.

Chesworth was charged with eight breaches of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and eight counts of theft while Gubbins was charged with one count of theft.

The 41-year-old was convicted on all eight counts of theft as well as six breaches of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO). Gubbins was convicted of one count of theft.

Chesworth was sentenced to 24 weeks in custody and ordered to pay £154 victim surcharge and Gubbins was ordered to complete a non-residential drug rehabilitation course.
