VOLUNTEERS will collect and recycle Christmas trees this January to help a hospice raise funds for its care.
Now in its eighth year, the St Richard’s Hospice Christmas Tree Collection will take place on Sunday, January 7 and Monday, January 8.
Households and businesses can register their real tree before 11pm on Tuesday, January 2, and volunteers will collect it to be recycled. People can also take the opportunity to donate to St Richard’s.
Trees will be collected in the WR1, WR2, WR3, WR4, WR5, WR6, WR7, WR8, WR9, WR10, WR11, WR12, WR13, WR14 and WR15 postcode areas.
