PERSHORE business bosses are celebrating after a town firm was named ‘International Trade Business of the Year 2023’ in the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
In a black-tie event held at the Worcester Arena with 700 business leaders on June 15, JMDA Design were announced as the winners of the prestigious award which highlights excellence in international trade.
The annual business awards held by the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce receive hundreds of applications from across the two counties so to become a winner is an outstanding achievement.
Being honoured as the International Trade Business of the Year demonstrates the commitment of the company in all aspects of their business, working successfully on the global stage with clients, partners and colleagues.
Chris Raynor, operations director at JMDA Design, said: “The Chamber Awards night was filled with success stories where businesses came together to celebrate business excellence.

Based in Pershore, JMDA Design are no stranger to winning awards having already received a prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade for their outstanding contribution to child car seat safety globally.
They have also won two sought-after Red Dot Awards in the last 12 months for designing nursery products, as well as two others from previous years, signifying their excellent skills in innovation.
