'Threats to kill' made against traffic warden in Evesham

‘THREATS to kill’ were made against a traffic warden during an altercation on Evesham’s High Street this morning (Friday).

Police were called at 11.30am following the incident after a man was issued a parking ticket.

The offender has been described as white, around 6 ft tall with fair hair and a dark stubble beard. At the time of the incident he was wearing a grey tracksuit.

On Twitter, West Mercia Police said: “Threats to kill made against traffic warden in Evesham following the issuing of a parking ticket.”




Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to call police on 101, quoting incident number 236s.
