A TEENAGE motorcyclist suffered ‘potentially serious injuries’ in a crash between his bike and a VW Gold on the A46 in Evesham.
The incident took place yesterday evening (Monday) on the bypass between the Twyford island and the roundabout towards Badsey.
Paramedics attended the scene along with West Mercia Police at about 6.43pm and treated the 19-year-old male motorcyclist at the scene before taking him to Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further treatment.
While police confirmed the driver of the Golf was an 18-year-old man, no further details have been released on any injuries he may have suffered.
The road re-opened shortly after 8.30pm.
