When Storm Doris hit the Vale

GUSTS of between 60 to 70mph are lashing the Vale as Storm Doris causes disruption.

The Met Office has issued an amber warning for wind and residents are being urged to take care.

The worst winds are expected from between 11am and 3pm today (Thursday). Wind speeds of 65mph have been reported in Pershore.




32 homes were also left without power in Evesham for a couple of hours as a result of today’s stormy weather.
