WILLIAM Shakespeare’s famous phrase from Act 2 Scene 2 of the “Tempest”; ‘Strange bedfellows’ came to mind last Saturday evening when I was watching and filming the special train at the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway.
Taking the train into Broadway was Great Western engine “King Edward II” and at the other end bringing it back from Broadway was BR engine “Oliver Cromwell”.
