“WILL HE, won’t he”, has been the question being asked by the media over the past few weeks, in anticipation of the Royal engagement.
Well, now we know that Prince Harry has asked the all-important question and Meghan has replied with a resounding ‘Yes’.
“I knew she was the one the very first time we met” was a quote from the Prince.
Seeing them together being interviewed on Monday, one could tell just how much they love and care for each other as they looked at one another.
I trust this will be their experience for the rest of their lives.
Love is a very strong and powerful expression, but sadly it is not always shown and the opposite can very often be seen in our modern world.
The bible talks a great deal about love and especially when it says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”.
Just as Harry proposed to Meghan, expecting a positive reply, which he got, so God proposes to us by inviting us to accept his love through his Son, Jesus Christ, and receive eternal life.
In a sense, Meghan is giving up her old life for an entirely different and new one, as she becomes part of the British Monarchy.
As we accept God’s proposal, we too can experience a new and exciting life with a dynamic future.
