MEMBERS of Pershore Town Choir will be in fine voice to show support for the people of Ukraine with an open-air event at Chapman Court.
Tomorrow’s (Saturday) event will be held from 11am to 11.30am and raise funds for the DEC Ukraine Appeal.
Spokesman Charles Tucker said: “The choir wants to show its solidarity with Ukraine and Ukrainians in their heroic struggle with a violent aggressor.
“And we want to do our bit to raise funds to support the millions of refugees forced to leave their homes and country.
“Pershore people have big hearts and are showing their generosity towards Ukraine in many ways.
“We hope this concert by the Town Choir will give them pleasure and another opportunity to show their support for the people of Ukraine.”
