A FREE property event designed to “empower” landlords is set to take place by housing experts Nicol and Co on December 8.
It aims to lay out three choices landlords are faced with in the market – waiting to see what happens, reviewing portfolios or pulling out of the market – and will offer guidanc– to them.
James Gwynne, lettings manager at Nicol and Co, said: “Landlords are facing serious challenges and have big decisions to make.
“Our Landlords Seminar is aimed at empowering them to make their decisions based on an impartial and objective assessment of both the market and the financial climate.”
Mr Gwynne added that the assessment would look at landlords’ personal circumstances and medium to long-term ambitions to help them plan successfully.
