PATRIOTIC youngsters at Bengeworth Academy in Evesham were excited to receive a letter from Her Majesty The Queen.
During the official Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations, pupils from the Burford Road School Breakfast Club had written a letter together to wish The Queen a very happy birthday, not expecting that she would send a reply.
When an envelope arrived in the post with the official Royal Stamp, staff waited until the children were all together to open the letter and were delighted to read the official ‘thank you’ letter and a picture of The Queen, which they will keep on display in the school.
