DEVELOPERS have revealed plans will be submitted to Wychavon council chiefs for a further 80 homes on land off Station Road in Pershore
SevenHomes, has acquired a seven-acre residential area with plans to transform the currently disused Atlas Works site to deliver a mix of purpose built two, three, four and five bedroom family homes to the market town.
Abdul Ali, executive director and head of office for SevenHomes, said: “We are delighted to have acquired this development site.
“It has enormous potential to deliver new, much needed homes which perfectly complement the local vernacular and breathe new life into this vacant factory site.
“As one of the most desirable market towns in the West Midlands, Pershore affords an exceptional quality of living and these new homes will enable a wide range of buyers to get on to or move up the property ladder in this stunning location.
“We look forward to starting work on the planning application over the coming months,” he added.
A planning application for the proposed development will be submitted to Wychavon District Council in due course.
