A POPULAR Vale landmark has dished out a ‘licence to thrill’ to Vale film-goers ahead of the release of the latest James Bond film ‘Spectre’.

BAFTA nominated Daniel Craig and Skyfall director, Sam Mendes, are returning for the 24th James Bond outing on Monday (October 26) in what is set to be the biggest film in UK history.

And after Skyfall’s outstanding performance in the box office, and Daniel Craig’s revelations that SPECTRE is the best Bond film yet, staff at the Regal Cinema are hosting a right Royale event.

The Regal team are inviting customers to join them in red carpet attire for special red carpet events next Friday (October 30) and Saturday (October 31).

Further events will be held on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November ‘007’ and tickets to the red carpet premiere at the art deco style cinema on Monday (October 26) have already sold out.

Bond fans from across the Vale are being encouraged to dress to impress with fabulous prizes being awarded for the best dressed, most glamorous couple, best Bond villain, best Bond impersonator and best Bond girl!

Guests can also expect paparazzi, Bond-themed photo opportunities, ‘shaken, not stirred’ cocktails and more!

Laurence Wiper, Live Events Manager at the Regal Cinema said; “We’re really looking forward to our red carpet gala evenings and hope that our guests will enjoy the occasions.

“The events are the perfect excuse to bring out the tuxedos and ball gowns and join us for a truly unforgettable evening!

“The film looks fantastic too,” he added.

Tickets are available for The Regal’s gala evenings at 9.30pm on October 30, 8.30pm on October 31, November 6 at 8pm and November 7 at 8.30pm.
