ACTIVE members of Bengeworth CE Academy have achieved their first belts from the school’s Karate Club.
Run every week after school by USKO Karate, the sessions have proved popular with youngsters all keen to learn a new skill and make new friends.
Instructor Luke Mountney proudly handed over white belts to a staggering 15 pupils while one pupil went the extra mile and achieved a yellow belt, the second to be award, after working hard at a seperate two hour session at Evesham Leisure Centre.
